What EBM does
EBM (Esoteric Business Management) Pvt Ltd is a multinational technology and consulting company, and holding company for the ventures we build. We help small businesses and organizations modernize their operations through open hybrid cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, and AI — and we build businesses ourselves, back founders who need help getting started, and help existing businesses run leaner with AI. PhotoSense is our own product, built and live — proof of how we work.
Founded and co-owned 50/50 by two brothers, both working as director-employees in the company they run — not just passive shareholders. EBM holds majority stakes in the ventures it builds, while founders and operators it backs can hold the remainder.

Our journey
EBM was built the same way we build for others: idea, incorporation, first product. We went through India company incorporation, IEC, GST, LUT, and MSME registration ourselves — the same process we now offer to help idea-stage founders through. PhotoSense was our first proof of execution, built in-house before EBM took shape as a holding company around it.
